Important to know
Your membership level is determined by the size and maintenance needs of your extension installation and will be confirmed during your consultation. Monthly membership pricing covers the scheduled maintenance services included in your customized plan. Appointment cycles typically alternate between reinstallation’s and a move-up appointments.
The initial extension hair, future replacement hair, color services, and appointments outside your membership schedule are priced separately unless otherwise stated.

Yes. Memberships require a minimum commitment period of 6 months. Full details will be reviewed during your consultation.

We understand that life happens. Members receive flexibility and priority scheduling whenever possible. Rescheduling policies will be reviewed before enrollment.

No. Extension hair is purchased separately and is not included in the monthly membership fee. Hair may be purchased during your consultation or anytime prior to your installation appointment. This allows us to customize the perfect color, length, and amount of hair based on your individual goals and desired results.

Absolutely. Many clients begin with the Volume Membership and later transition to the Length + Volume Membership as their hair goals change. You are welcome to upgrade at any time, even before completing your original membership commitment.

Extension Memberships require a minimum commitment period of 6 months. Once your initial commitment has been fulfilled, memberships may be canceled by providing notice via text or phone call. Full membership terms and cancellation policies will be reviewed during your consultation before enrollment.
